Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

  • Accompanied by the order confirmation or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at support@goameny.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide you with the return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain home items (such as textiles, candles, or personalized products) and all items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund after verifying the issue.
